MFP My First Plant GmbH is based at Dr.-Arthur-Lemisch-Platz 3 in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria.
Managing Director of MFP My First Plant GmbH is Mario Abraham. With his many years of expertise in the hemp sector and together with his experienced team, he has managed to make MFP My First Plant GmbH's business model suitable for the masses.
Indoor and outdoor CBD plants are sold. The plants are hosted, harvested and managed by the MFP My First Plant GmbH.
The crops are then subsequently sold by MFP MyFirstPlant.
The proceeds from the sale of the flower mass are distributed to the customer.
Important:
Outdoor plants are not available all year round. Rather, they represent an additional offer. CBD products and hemp products are also offered. These are partly made from their own hemp plants or produced in cooperation with various partners.
To round it off, cooking oils, CBD accessories and other everyday products are also offered.
With full payment and after a cooling off period of 14 days, the buyer becomes the owner of the indoor CBD plant.
This takes place in the form of a purchase contract.
The ownership of the plant is therefore not limited in time.
A management and service contract obliges MFP My First Plant GmbH to host and manage the indoor CBD plant.
This service is initially limited to a period of five years. After that, the contract can be extended by 1 year at a time.
Within this period, MFP My First Plant GmbH will not make any deductions from the harvest - nor will there be any other additional costs for the customer.
Basically, an indoor CBD plant can only be harvested once. With the service contract, however, MFP MyFirstPlant undertakes to keep raising the plant again and again. This is done by cutting off a side shoot from the plant and growing a new plant from it. This means that three harvests (every 120 days) can be achieved per year.
The outdoor CBD plants were set and cultivated in Carinthia, Austria.
Because of the climatic conditions in Austria, these plants can only be harvested once.
The entire CBD plant is processed during harvest and further harvests are therefore no longer possible.
The management and service contract for an outdoor CBD plant thus ends after a harvest.
After that, the plant no longer exists.
New outdoor CBD plants can only be purchased at the next sales campaign.

In order to minimize the risk of crop failure, MFP MyFirstPlant has already taken preventive measures.
The rooms in the indoor area were divided into several departments so that, for example, in the event of a pest infestation, not all plants would be affected.
For outdoor cultivation, fields were explicitly selected that are in an almost wind-free zone and where the risk of a hailstorm is extremely low.
As part of risk management, MFP My First Plant GmbH always works conscientiously on new concepts. This is intended to reduce various risks from pests, infestations or insects to a minimum in a preventive, sustainable and calculable manner.
If, for whatever reason, there should be a one-time crop failure, this crop failure could be covered by MFP My First Plant GmbH's own plants. The customer's plant is replaced with a proprietary plant from MFP MyFirstPlant.
If a crop failure lasted longer, or if MFP My First Plant GmbH could not cover the crop failure with the company's own plants, the contract would be extended by the crop periods that failed.
The price includes the service and management of the plant for a period of five years. This means that there are no ongoing additional costs for the customer. After the 5 years have expired, it is possible to extend the service again and again for a further year. For this, MyFirstPlant charges an annual amount of EUR 50 (Indoor#2) or EUR 100 (Indoor)
Customers are informed in good time before the contract expires that their contract is about to expire. The customer would also be informed of the option of extending the contract and the exact terms of the extension option. After the 5 years have expired, it is possible to extend the service again and again for a further year. For this, MyFirstPlant charges an annual amount of EUR 50 (Indoor#2) or EUR 100 (Indoor) However, the contract is not automatically extended.
The contract expires with the last harvest. If the contract is not extended, the plant will no longer be cultivated, as the management and service contract will end. At the last harvest, the entire plant is processed. The plant is not further cultivated with a side shoot. Thus the plant cannot continue to exist.
After the 5 years have expired, it is possible to extend the service again and again for a further year. For this, MyFirstPlant charges an annual amount of EUR 50 (Indoor#2) or EUR 100 (Indoor)
Orders can be paid either via SEPA bank transfer or with Bitcoin Direct Checkout.
Payment can also be made with special vouchers or with existing MyFirstPlant account credit.
However, the existing account balance must be able to cover the total amount of the invoice.
A partial payment with the credit is not possible.
When redeeming vouchers, however, the purchase price is reduced accordingly.
Withdrawals are made directly to the customer's bank account or to a customer's BTC wallet.
It is mandatory to carry out the KYC procedure before the first payout in order to be able to determine the identity of the customer. Only then can payments be requested in the back office.
The harvest yield can only be paid out to the specified bank account of the MyFirstPlant account holder. The name of the account holder in the bank details must therefore match the name of the MyFirstPlant account holder.
The withdrawal requests are collected from Monday (Day 1) up to and including Sunday (Day 7) and released for withdrawal on the following Monday (Day 8).
When paying the invoice, the order number must be specified in the reference so that the system can allocate the payment to the order.
In individual cases, it may happen that the system has not automatically recognized the order number specified in the purpose. As a result, the payment could not be assigned automatically.
In this case you should contact the support ([email protected]) and tell them the order number. The booking is then made manually.
The order number can be found in the back office under the menu item "Transactions".
Due to BTC exchange rate fluctuations, it can happen that the payment arriving at MFP is minimally too small to fully cover the price.
In particular, this can happen if the payment was made using an exchange such as Binance.
Crypto exchanges sometimes take a little longer to accept the transfer. During this time, exchange rate fluctuations can lead to the differences mentioned.
In such a case, you can contact support ([email protected]) and tell them the order number and the TX hash of the BTC transaction.
This is a welcome package that every customer receives free of charge as a small thank you.
The certificate represents a symbolic gesture of welcome and is part of the welcome package. However, this is not a document in the legal sense.
The MFP My First Plant GmbH uses various sales channels, which have proven themselves in recent decades.
Step by step, basic elements from commercial representation, direct sales, network marketing, customer shops, franchise concepts, etc. were combined as a "partner program" to form a complete package. This partner program now serves as the backbone of sales at MFP My First Plant GmbH.
You can recommend MyFirstPlant (MFP) to friends and partners. To do this, simply copy your own personal MFP recommendation link from the "Dashboard" and pass this link on to the person concerned.
This link (referral link) can be found in the back office under the menu item "Dashboard" at the top.
The person to whom you send the link should not change fields that have already been filled in. Otherwise, a direct assignment to the recommender is not possible.
First, you get 5% for the first person in the 1st level who buys an indoor CBD plant.
For all other people in the first level, i.e. from the second person, you get 10%.
The MFP My First Plant GmbH offers a unique opportunity for distributors to get an additional 5% for the first person in the 1st level if they manage to attract a second person to buy an indoor CBD plant within the same calendar month.
In this case you only get the 5% for the first person, but in the following months you still get the 10% for the second and each additional person.
The non-activated 5% for the first person flows into the so-called "Diligence Pool" (see partner program). You can re-qualify for this pool every month.
Direct plant sales are required to qualify for the Diligence Pool.
The Diligence Pool is a ranking of a total of 10 places based on the performance of the partners.
Partners who have sold the most plants to the 1st level by the end of the month qualify for the Diligence Pool.
